Q: Are all of our products ready stock?
A: All of our products are ready stock to ensure that all our members can receive their orders as soon as possible.
High demand products will have an additional add on as a Backorder.For Backorder items, you can check the estimated time of arrival of the shipment in the pre-purchase terms under the order page.
Q: I just purchased the products yesterday and the price have just reduced today. Why is it so?
A: The products pricing are based on our promotional events which have been posted in our social media page prior to the event to thank our customers for their unconditional support.
We have promotional events from time to time. The prices, promotion and event duration will be stated clearly. When promotional event have ended, prices will revert back to its original prices. Items once sold are not refundable. Items purchased prior to the promotion will not have the difference refunded after the payment has been made. We seek your kind understanding.
Q: Once payment has been made with order confirmation, can I add on more items to that order and have it shipped together with my initial order?
A: We want to inform that we have accept to 2 above of orders with the same shipping details can combine ship out together. After the payment of the first order and you wish to add on more items, you may select your items and under the payment page, select「Combined order」(No shipping fee will be charged). You will be required to indicate your first confirmed order number under the remarks column (e.g. Add on to order number: XXXXXX). Next you will need to further inform us via our Instagram direct messenger of your first and second order number for us to assist and trace it promptly. For customers residing in Singapore, please select 「combined order (Singapore) 」. Every additional 1 kilogram will be charged RM10 and you will be required to indicate your first confirmed order number under the remarks column (e.g. Add on to order number: XXXXXX). Next you will need to further inform us via our Instagram direct messenger of your first and second order number for us to assist and trace it promptly.
During the promotional period, discounts generated are based on the amount of items purchased. We accept combination of all products and payment will be calculated altogether prior to the end of the promotion. Any balance funds from the purchase will be converted into store credit and subsequently credited into your account. Strictly no cash refunds.
Q: Will my order be shipped altogether if it consist of available stock and backorder products? Can it be separately shipped out?
A: If your order consists of both available stock and backorder products, it will be shipped out once all items are available.
You will have the option to have it shipped out together or separately by informing us in our Instagram direct messaging indicating your order number.
If separate shipment is selected, customer will be charged an additional shipping fee.
Q: How do I know if the order have been placed successfully?
A: After the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email with us. You can also check your purchases on our website under “My Orders”.
Q:Will a tracking number be provided after the order status have been changed to shipped out?
A: After the parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and entered in our page under “My Orders” and also sent to the email registered in our system.

Do kindly indicate your order number, details of the item, defective area and pictures of the items. We will do our best to assist you in rectifying the problems.
