Order Processing

  • All orders will be processed after payment verification.Orders are processed during working days only (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after payment, the amount paid will be converted into store credit to your account for future purchases.


Ready stock / Backorder 

  • Ready stock products require 1 to 3 working days excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Backorder items require approximately 10–26 working days for arrival. Order processing will begin after payment verification on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that urgent orders are not accepted for backorder/preorder items.


  • Arrival times of products differs and will be indicated under each individual items. Backorder and preordered items may due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delay, insufficient fabric or insufficient stock may be further delayed or cancelled.

  • Should the item have been cancelled, we will provide 2 choices of refunds which is:
I) The amount paid for the cancelled item will be converted into store credit add in your account for future purchases.
II). A cash refund for the amount paid for the cancelled Backorder item.

  • If order consist of both ready stock and backorder products, shipment will be made only after all items are available.

  • The customer will have the option to have the full order shipped out once available or have it shipped out separately by directly informing us via our Instagram direct messaging platform and indicating the order number.

  • Should separate shipment be requested by the customer, the customer will be charged and additional shipping fee. 
Shipping 
We allow  two orders with the same shipping details can combined and shipped together.

  •  After the payment of the first order and you wish to add on more items, the second order can select「Combined order」as the delivery method (No shipping fee will be charged). 

  • Please indicate your first confirmed order number in the remarks column (e.g. Add on to order number: XXXXXX). After placing the second order, kindly inform us via Instagram Direct Message and provide both your first and second order numbers so that we can assist and trace your orders promptly.

  • For customers residing in Singapore, please select 「combined order (Singapore) 」. Every additional 1 kilogram will be charged RM10. We only accept the combination of two orders placed within the same promotional period. 


Payment Method
Local Buyer(Malaysia)

  • Online bank transfers & Touch N Pay: By using this payment method, customer is required to upload Bank Transaction Receipts to our website of your orders. (eg: Select: My Account and your Orders Number upload the Bank Receipt).

  • Kindly complete the payment and provide payment notification to us within 24 hours upon order confirmation or all unpaid orders will automatically be cancelled after 24hours.

  • FPX Online Bank Transfer: This Payment Method is only for local banks. Choose your bank and make payment in our website.
Singapore Customers 

  • Online Transfer & Bank-in: Please select Singapore bank account. This Payment Method requires an upload of the Bank Receipt at website on your orders.(eg: Select My Account and your Orders Number upload the Bank Receipt).

  • Kindly complete the payment and provide payment notification to us within 24 hours upon order confirmation or all unpaid orders will automatically be cancelled after 24hours.

Exchange Policy (3-Day Exchange period)

  • If you wish exchange an item due to incorrect size or change of mind. For exchange of item, Customers are required to drop us a message on instagram direct message (DM) within 3 days upon receiving the parcel.  

  • Please note that we do not provide refunds to the original payment method. For any approved return, the amount will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, no more than three days of appreciation period. Clothing tag must be attached and in it’s original condition when shipped out. Any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale will not be exchanged.

  • After confirmation from the customer service, kindly send parcel back  within 1-3 working days. Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • All products in the customer’s order will go through a QC(quality check) prior to shipping out. 

  • Due to hygiene and personal use considerations, intimate items such as underwear, panties, socks and belt  are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Should customer receive a wrong or defective product, kindly refer to our return policy for further assistance. Do kindly drop us a message at our Instagram Direct Message within 3 days upon receiving your orders for our customer service verification. If it meets the requirement of the return policy, the return shipping fees will be borne by the seller. We will arrange the courier company to pickup the package from the customer.

  • If it does not meet the requirement of the return policy, the return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.  We seek your kind understanding.

Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be used for purchases on www.siewchuu.com. Store credit are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person or account.

  • Store credits do not have an expiry date once issued. Store credits cannot be converted into cash or refunded under any circumstances.

Membership Benefits

  • Membership benefits such as member discounts and member points valid on normal operating days only.
  • These benefits cannot be used during promotional periods, including but not limited to sale campaigns, special promotions, new launch promotions, or limited-time offers, unless otherwise stated.

  • Siewchuu reserves the right to revise or update the membership terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
