Exchange Request (Within 3 Days of Receiving Parcel)
- If you wish to exchange an item due to incorrect size or change of mind. For exchange of item, Customers are required to drop us a message on instagram direct message (DM) within 3 days upon receiving the parcel. Customers returning products without any manufacturing defect will be required to bear the return shipping fee.
- Please note that we do not provide refunds to the original payment method. For any approved return, the amount will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within the 3-day inspection period. Clothing tags must remain attached and items must be in their original condition as shipped. Any item that is not in resealable condition will not be eligible for exchange. Please do not remove the anti-removal tag if you intend to request a return or exchange.
- Returned items must be shipped back within 3 days after confirmation with our customer service.We will not be responsible for any lost parcels during the return shipping process. Customers are advised to contact the courier or postal service used for further assistance
- If the returned item is found to be worn, washed, stained, or otherwise not in resellable condition, the exchange request will be rejected and the item will be returned to the customer. The shipping cost incurred will be borne by the customer. If the returned item is confirmed to be non-defective, the item value will be issued as store credit to the customer’s SIEWCHUU account for future purchases.
- Store credits do not have an expiry date. Store credits cannot be converted into cash or refunded under any circumstances.
- All items will undergo quality control (QC) before being shipped. If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us via instagram direct message (DM) within 3 days of receiving your parcel for verification. If the request meets the requirements of our return policy, the return shipping fee will be borne by the seller. If the request does not meet the requirements of the return policy, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.We will arrange the courier company to pick up the returned parcel from the customer.
- Due to hygiene and personal use considerations, intimate items such as underwear, panties, belts and socks are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If an item is confirmed to be defective, customers may choose to exchange it for the same product or receive a refund.
The final decision on whether an item is considered defective will be determined by our team.
- Refund will be issued at 3-5days after confirmation.
- The amount of refund is equivalent to the amount of payment you have done.
Measurement [Accessories]
All measurements are taken manually. Please allow a 1–2cm measurement variance, which may occur due to different measuring methods. This difference is considered normal and will not be regarded as a defect.
