Exchange And Returns Policy

• Purchases that are of wrong sizing or change of mind.For exchange of item, Customers are required to drop us a message on instagram direct message (DM) within 3 days upon receiving their parcel.                

• Customers whom returns products without any manufacturing defect will have to bear the cost of the return shipping fee.

• All items must not be worn, washed, signs of staining, scents from perfume/fragrances and detergent. Clothing tag must be attached and in it’s original condition when shipped out. Any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale will not be exchanged.

• Don't remove the anti-removal buckle if you need to return& exchange serve.

• The items you return can be exchanged with other products in store. The purchased amount will be credited to your Chuu21 account for future purchases with no limitations of time. 

• All products in the customer’s order will go through a QC (quality check) prior to shipping out. Should customer receive a wrong or defective product, kindly refer to our return policy for further assistance. Do kindly drop us a message at our Instagram Direct Message within 3 days upon receiving your orders for our customer service verification. If it meets the requirement of the return policy, the return shipping fees will be borne by the seller. If it does not meet the requirement of the return policy, the return shipping fees will be solely borne by the customer. We will arrange the courier company to pickup the package from the customer. We seek your kind understanding.

Definition of defect items [Accessories]: 

Chain breaking, break of the ear needle, screw clamp broken, major defects that can’t be completely self repaired. 

(Antique gold, black spots, black blocks are the electroplating characteristics.)

Definition of non-defect items [Accessories] - (according to international QCstandard):

• Inconsistent with imagination , not as expected : can refer all product photo and measurement.

(Don’t purchase with imaginatively)

• Color variation (doesn’t not match with picture) : 

Metal will show different luster under different lighting.And everyone’s definition of color is different, such as those who are more sensitive to color, it is recommended to consider it before placing an order.

• Size problem: Kindly refer to our sizing guidelines indicated on our site.Choosing the correct size depends on your preferred product type. Each product comes with its individual set of recommendations.Do kindly refer to the tips and recommendations for each specific product selected. Kindly ensure that there is enough room to prevent incorrect sizing.
