Membership Upgrade Rules

Your new membership tier will be updated as follows:

• RM1000 and above → Black Member

• RM500 – RM999 → Gold Member

• RM1 – RM499 → Silver Member

Membership will then be renewed for another 6 months based on the new tier. If the required spending amount is not maintained, the membership tier may be adjusted accordingly.

• Members will be automatically upgraded once the required spending amount is reached.
• For every RM1 spent, members will earn 1 reward point. 100 reward points can be redeemed for RM1 during checkout. 
• Member points will expire on 1 Jan each year. Any unused points will automatically expire and will not be carried forward to the following year.

Important Notes

• Member discounts and Member points cannot be applied during promotional periods, including new launches, special promotions, or sale campaigns.
  
• Purchases made during promotional periods will still be counted towards membership tier upgrades.
  
• Member points can still be earned during promotional periods, but cannot be redeemed during these periods.
• Birthday vouchers will be issued on the member’s birthday and are valid for 7 days. Expired vouchers will not be reissued.
