Return Policy

  • 3-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange Policy

    We offer a 3-day no-reason return and exchange service upon receiving your order.

    If you are unsatisfied, do not like the item, or find it unsuitable, please contact us via Instagram within the stipulated period to request after-sales assistance.



  • Condition of Returned Items

    All returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free from stains, odors (including perfume), or any signs of use.

    We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request if the above conditions are not met.


  • Defective Items

    All products undergo quality inspection prior to shipment.

    In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

    Any costs incurred during the return or exchange process for defective items will be fully borne by us.


Shipping Fees & Store Credit Policy

For no-reason return or exchange requests, all return and reshipping fees shall be borne by the customer.

Returned items must be shipped back within three (3) days after the after-sales request has been approved.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-reason returns.

Approved returns will be processed as store credit, which has no expiration date and can be used at www.siewchuu.com.


Definition of defect items: Heavy staining (more than 1cm),poor or improper stitching line, uncommon torn.


Definition of non-defect items (according to international QCstandard): wear & tear, unopened buttonholes, loose stitched button, uncut stitching string, staining (less than 1cm), +/- 2cm sizing, different from expectation and slight colour difference from screen. Colour fade, color stain, torn and size shrinking caused by inappropriate washing method are not considered as defect items too.


  • Items with defect only allowed to do exchange with same model, same color and same size. The items that are not allow for exchange due to hygiene purpose (eg:underwear,bratop,swimsuits, socks).

An item will be considered defective if it meets any of the following conditions:

Heavy staining exceeding 1 cm

Poor or improper stitching that affects wearability

Uncommon tearing or damage not caused by usage



Definition of Non-Defective Items


(According to international quality control standards)


The following conditions are not considered defects:

Normal wear and tear

Unopened buttonholes

Loose or unfinished stitching

Uncut stitching threads

Minor staining measuring less than 1 cm

Size variation within ±2 cm

Differences from personal expectation

Slight color differences due to screen display or lighting


In addition, the following situations are not considered defects:

Color fading

Color staining

Tearing or damage

Shrinkage caused by improper washing or care methods



Exchange Policy for Defective Items

Defective items are only eligible for exchange with the same model, same color, and same size.

Refunds are not provided for defective items.



Hygiene Policy


For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of condition:

Underwear

Bratops

Swimwear

Socks
