Ready stock / Backorder
- Ready stock products require 1 to 3 working days excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Backorder products are taking 7-21working days (Fast > 7-14 days , Slow > 7-21days) Orders fulfilment after payment verification during working days not inclusive of weekends and public holidays. We do not accept urgent order for preorder products.
- Arrival times of products differs and will be indicated under each individual items.Backorder and preordered items may due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delay, insufficient fabric or insufficient stock may be further delayed or cancelled.
- Should any of the above arise, we will provide 2 choices of refunds which is:
I) Amount paid for the product cancelled will be converted to store credit + additional RM5.00/-. (i.e. RM75 (paid) + RM5.00/- = RM 80) into store credit.II) Cash Refund of the amount paid for the cancelled back order products.
- If order consist of both ready stock and backorder products, shipment will be made only after all items are available.
- The customer will have the option to have the full order shipped out once available or have it shipped out separately by directly informing us via our Instagram direct messaging platform and indicating the order number.
- Should separate shipment be requested by the customer, the customer will be charged and additional shipping fee.
- Products may be out of stock/oversold, and we will provide refunds/convert them into shopping credits.
- Backorders/Pre-order products will only be fulfilled once stock is available. Shipping date will not be provided till stock have arrived.
Shipping
- We regret to inform that we will only accept up to a maximum of 2 orders combined with 1 shipping fee. After payment is made for the first order and customer wishes to add on more items, customer may select items and at the payment page select「Self Pickup」. (Shipping fee won’t be charged for this.) You will be required to indicate your first confirmed order number under the remarks column (e.g. Add on to order number: XXXXXX). Next you will need to further inform us via our Instagram direct messenger of your first and second order number for us to assist and trace it promptly. For customers residing in Singapore, kindly contact us via our Instagram direct messenger and we will further assist you.
- During our promotional period, discounts generated are based on the amount of items purchased. We accept combination of all products and payment will be calculated altogether prior to the end of the promotion. Any balance funds from the purchase will be converted into store credit and subsequently credited into your account. Strictly no cash refunds.
Payment Method
Local Buyer（Malaysia）
- Online bank transfers & Bank-in: By using this payment method, customer is required to upload Bank Transaction Receipts to our website of your orders. (eg: Select: My Account and your Orders Number upload the Bank Receipt).
- Kindly complete the payment and provide payment notification to us within 24 hours upon order confirmation or all unpaid orders will automatically be cancelled after 24hours.
- FPX Online Bank Transfer: This Payment Method is only for local banks. Choose your bank and make payment in our website.
Singapore Customers
- Online Transfer & Bank-in: Please select Singapore bank account. This Payment Method requires an upload of the Bank Receipt at website on your orders.(eg: Select My Account and your Orders Number upload the Bank Receipt).
- Kindly complete the payment and provide payment notification to us within 24 hours upon order confirmation or all unpaid orders will automatically be cancelled after 24hours.
Store Credit
- Credits can only be utilised online at www.siewchuu.com. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person or account.
- Store credits does not have an expiry to it when issued. No form of credits are refundable in cash strictly.
