How to accumulate points?
Every RM1 ringgit spend can gain one point.
How do I upgrade my membership tier?
Your membership tier will be upgraded once you have accumulated the minimum spent for that specific tier level within 6 months.
Is my membership tier permanent?
No, when your total retail purchase of consumer goods reaches a certain target in 6 months it will automatically be upgraded to Chuu21 membership. Membership last for 6 months and our system will update each membership every 6 month according to the retail sales that reaches a certain target.
Does the points accumulated remain permanent?
No, accumulated points will last for one year and expires on the last day of December. For example: Points accumulated from 1st January 2021 till 31st December 2021 expires on 31st of December 2021.
What are the benefits of joining Chuu21 membership?
Each membership tier will enjoy different promotional rates, gift vouchers will be provided on your birthday month. For more information please refer to our membership form.
Why can’t I enjoy the membership discounts when I have reached the minimum amount in last 180 days?
